IGNOU 36th Convocation 2023: The Indira Gandhi National Open University is going to conduct the 36th Convocation at its main campus at Maidan Garhi Delhi as well as across all IGNOU regional centres. Last year, the IGNOU University held its 35th convocation ceremony and at that time, IGNOU became the first institution in India to grant digital degrees to candidates. IGNOU University awarded digital degrees to around 2,78,719 candidates. The Convocation will begin from 10 am onwards.
